I have insurance from my employer, but I don’t know how much it covers. Can you find out for me?

Absolutely! Simply bring your insurance card with you to your appointment and our receptionist will be happy to obtain a breakdown of your dental coverage.

Please be advised that some insurance companies will not release any information to us.

Do I have to submit my insurance claims myself?

Our receptionist will be happy to process all of your insurance claims electronically on your behalf.

My spouse/partner has insurance as well, can you submit to both insurance companies?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to submit two or more claims during your visit. In the event of additional coverage, we can provide you with a detailed claim form to manually submit to your secondary insurance provider.
